EXCHANGE & RETURN POLICY

  1. All sales are final. 
  2. We do not accept returns or exchanges unless the Product is defective or out of stock.
  3. The Company has sole and absolute discretion to make a decision whether to exchange or return, and any decision made by the Company is final.
  4. Any returns accepted by the Company may be subject to a thirty percent (30%) restocking fee. 
  5. Shipping costs are non-refundable and all return shipping costs are the responsibility of the buyer. 
  6. Any returns accepted by us must be within thirty (30) days of the date of purchase, be unused, and be in satisfactory condition to be re-sold. 
  7. All returns are subject to inspection. 
  8. Any Products, in our sole and absolute discretion, that shows evidence of use, installation, improper handling, improper packaging, or improper shipping will not be considered for exchange, refund, and may void its warranty. 
  9. The Company will not cancel or accept returns, refunds or exchange on ‘Special Order Products’. Special Order Products refer to any Products that are customised and not stocked by the Company.
